Two Drink Minimum

Coffee, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Insurance Premiums

Do you drink coffee?

I do. It's my morning routine and puts me in the right mood for the day.

Do you drink Apple Cider Vinegar?

I wouldn't recommend this in your coffee but there are significant health benefits associated with ACV. I got started on ACV seven years ago when a close friend of the family, "Uncle" Robert passed away. At his funeral, there was a recipe for a concoction of ACV, white grape juice, and cranberry juice he drank everyday. He lived to be 87, had no major medical issues, and was not taking any medications. It was just Robert's time.

To this day, I drink ACV everyday. I'm 62, not taking any medications, and I'm healthy as a horse. 😀

Let's talk about these two drinks and how each can benefit you beyond just having good health.

Coffee Can Improve Energy Levels and Make You Smarter.
Coffee can help people feel less tired and increase energy levels because it contains caffeine which is the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance known to humankind. As a coffee drinker, you are smarter and more alert.
Caffeine is found in almost every commercial fat-burning supplement — and for good reason. It’s one of the few natural substances proven to aid fat burning.Several studies show that caffeine can boost your metabolic rate by 3–11%
Type 2 diabetes is a major health problem, currently affecting millions of people worldwide. It’s characterized by elevated blood sugar levels caused by insulin resistance or a reduced ability to secrete insulin.
For some reason, coffee drinkers have a significantly reduced risk of type 2 diabetes. Studies observe that people who drink the most coffee have a 23–50% lower risk of getting this disease.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a liquid produced during the fermentation of apple cider. During this process, the sugar in apples is fermented by yeast and/or bacteria added to the cider, which then turns it into alcohol and, finally, into vinegar. Look for a producer, such as  Whitehouse or Bragg  and bottles which contain the words "with Mother".
Like other types of vinegar, the key component in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid. Apple cider vinegar also contains other substances such as lactic, citric, and bacteria.
For centuries, apple cider vinegar has been used as a home remedy to treat many health ailments and as a disinfectant and natural preservative.

So what does this mean?

A healthy lifestyle can result in lower insurance premiums. A 35 year-old woman, non-tobacco user, can apply for $500,000 term life insurance at a standard rating  and pay a premium of $55.22/month. If she is in good health, she can qualify for a preferred rating and the same coverage would be $35.73/month. Quite a difference for someone protecting loved ones.

You should speak to an independent agent who can show you what term life insurance products are available from many top carriers which you can qualify for and the best rates available to you.

Have a drink on that.....and to your health.
